Janelle (and Jenny-From-the-Block), it was an absolute pleasure to meet you both. I can't wait to see what the future holds for you. I can only imagine how amazing it will be.

My name is Angela and I'm the artist behind the images of Angela Smith Photography. I'm a wife, mother of two young children, and lover of all things photography. I am located in Sherwood, Oregon and service the greater Portland Metro area. While I enjoy photographing subjects of all kinds, I have found that my passion lies in capturing life's most treasured moments - the miracle of a newborn, the confidence of a high school senior, a young couple in love, and a bride's tears of joy on her wedding day.
I want to thank you for visiting my blog. Please kick your feet up, grab a cup of coffee, and share my passion with me!

Janelle in the Pearl : Senior Photography
She's energetic, fun, and has a smile that could instantly light up a room. Janelle, along with her sister Jenny, met me in the Pearl District this weekend for what turned out to be one of the most fun senior sessions I've had yet. I think she smiled (and laughed) the entire session. Down to Earth, easy to talk to, and did I mention absolutely beautiful?

My first senior of 2009!
Meet Amanda. I knew from my correspondence with her mom that this was going to be a fun session. Amanda is her first to go off to college and while I was asking questions in preparation for the session, mom said she just wanted it to be a great experience for her daughter. I loved that! Amanda was up for anything, and definitely a trooper - she climbed a rock wall to sit in the window of a fantastic old building in the Pearl District.
